About who needs care: In the advanced stages of metistatic prostate cancer. Will be moving to an assisted living facilty when discharged from Advent health (likely this week). Has no family or loved ones in Florida to assist in moving his belongings to the facility (clothes and personal items), or to assist with general and medical needs. About the care needs: Someone who is patient, as Mr. Johnson can get frustrated with his circumstances at times. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
