Seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide weekly support for a couple in their 80's residing in their own apartment . Primary responsibility will be to check in, particularly the wife who has dementia, and help with a variety of non-medical tasks that ensure a comfortable and stress-free environment. Key Responsibilities: - Weekly check-in/visit to assess the couple's household needs - Detailed inventory of supplies (e. g., food, personal items) and shop for items to keep apt stocked - Communicate with wife, who has dementia, assist with any wishes - Deliver purchased items to apt. Put away cold, wife will do the rest - Light support tasks (change hearing aid batteries, ensure tech is working, post schedule) - Keep kids informed, great communication.
