About who needs care: 84-year-old woman with Parkinson's disease. She has stiffness in her left side but is able to get around with a walker. She has a lot of fatigue and the beginning of short term memory loss. She is very sweet and has always been very independent. She likes to watch sports. She is currently bathing herself but needs someone there to watch out for her safety. She has a son and daughter that live close by. We have her groceries delivered so she just needs help putting them away.. We have meals delivered to her house that she heats up in the microwave. She needs someone to help her with meal prep for homemade lunch and dinner, light cleaning, as she has a housekeeper. She needs help with medication management, picking meds up and putting them in her daily dispenser as well as help reminding her to do her physical therapy and someone to hang out and talk and try and get her to possibly sit outside play games, do art, etc. About the care needs: Someone very nurturing, respectful and kind. Good cook would make her day! She is very easy to get along with. Very sweet. She has a very supportive family. Loves basketball! Services needed include:meal preparation, errandsshopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
