About who needs care: She has mobility issues and needs assistance with dressing, toileting, food prep, etc About the care needs: She is very bright and has no dementia to speak of. Her career was a Certified Nurse. She loves her IPad and her cat, Bunny. Hearing is bad, eyesight is worse. She enjoys talking about many subjects. She got Myasthenia Gravis in her 60s, so her strength is very limited. Does not take any medication daily except eye drops twice a day. Has an inhaler for SOB and back up oxygen(which hospice provided) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
