About who needs care: Not really mobile fell back is hurt at this moment. Has bad diet is a diabetic needs to be reminded if took insulin. She has beginnings of dementia. Would like laundry and cat litter managed has 2 cat. Maybe just straighten up a little. She needs to walk with her walker in hallway. I am hopeful she can get feeling better from back injury but will need daily care so she can stay in her apartment and trips to doctor. About the care needs: A woman who likes cats. they will hide when there. Just casual conversation. She sleeps a lot just really need to have her checked on and reminded of meds and getting her up out of bed to chair. If could get her walking around. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
