About who needs care: I am partially blind and need a ride to my eye specialist. My wife has gotten sick and can no longer take me to my eye specialist. He treats me so I don't go completely blind. After treatment I can't see for 30 minutes and then my site is blurry for several hours so I must have help walking to car and a ride home. Services needed include: transportation.
