Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Port Charlotte

I'm looking for hands-on care for my grandmother in her 90s. Assistance with medication reminders is needed although she is mentally sharp. She is ambulatory with assistance as she is a fall risk. We will need someone who can can cook and prepare healthy dinners. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction and light housekeeping. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets.
