Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Punta Gorda

We are needing a part time care giver for my mom who has ALS. She cannot move her body so the job would entail some heavy lifting. The typical shift includes the following: move her from her bed to her mobile commode using a sit to stand machine, help with using the bathroom, move from commode to wheelchair, breakfast prep and help eating, light stretching, move from wheelchair to shower chair with sit to stand machine, help with showering, getting dressed, and doing her hair. Ideally we would have you cover two days per week. Even better if you are available on call if her other care team calls off last minute! This role may expand in hours as her condition progresses.
