About the job
Help needed for our mother in her 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. 9 hours per week, ideally Monday - Wednesday - Fridays - (3 hours a day) beginning after 10:30 a.m. Evenings are a possibility and days are flexible. Ideally you will help cook meals, prompt her to eat, prompt her to take medications, tidy kitchen, change bed linens weekly, laundry, water plants, communicate with family. Light housekeeping is involved. Assistance with prompting to bathe is one of our requirements along with laying out new clothes and keeping laundry up. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, trustworthy, caring and reliable. Please contact for interview. *Cameras are used in the home in order to keep a good eye on her at all times.
