Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Pensacola

My mother lives in a memory care facility, has dementia, she is also on hospice. I'm seeking someone who can ensure/assist/advocate with the staff at the facility attending to my mother, as well as monitor hospice care (wound care). She needs help eating, and companionship would help immensely as well. She is 80 years old, and requires assistance with all movement, and is wheelchair bound at this point. Seeking full-time hands-on care during the week, flexible on time of day, later in the day care is better as she typically sleeps in, and the onsite staff get her up and going for breakfast in the morning. Typically in the early evening she doesn't want to wait after dinner to be taken back to her room, and is a frustration for her. Looking for that extra set of eyes to be there and advocate for her, a hand to hold, and an ear to talk to.
