About who needs care: Male in mid-40s About the care needs: Nursing care not necessary, just need a ride to and from a cosmetic surgery on December 4th. The procedure is estimated to take 3 hours, but it is not necessary to wait in the waiting room during the operation. The time of surgery is very tentatively scheduled for 8:00 a.m. , but the Center will call me 3-5 days before surgery to let me know the definite exact time, so this will likely change. The staff will collect my driver's name and phone number at drop-off before surgery and call when surgery is almost complete. Will pay for the full time expended from pickup at home before surgery to drop-off at home after surgery. Services needed include: transportation.
