West Palm Beach Companion Care For Seasonal Elderly Gentleman --part Time To Full Time

I am a certified Care Manager looking for companion type care for a gentleman who spends his winter in West Palm Beach. In the summer months, he lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts. He does not require any heavy lifting. He has mild memory impairment and chronic pain. Mostly he needs Light meal prep, shopping and light house cleaning as well as companionship, and perhaps going out for a drive now and then. He might need a ride to an appointment now and then. I am looking for someone who has experience in senior care, particularly with memory and slightly challenging personalities. Not that his personality is challenging, but he asks a lot of questions and likes to know what's going on so he perhaps will need a little patience. I am also looking for someone who is certified in CPR and home health aid . Helpful if you're fully vaccinated and don't smoke. It is helpful if you have your own transportation as he might benefit from going out for a drive now and then or getting to an appointment. I don't yet know the schedule, but I think it will be flexible hours during the day and I think any day of the week would be helpful for him. I don't think he needs any care overnight at the moment. It is important to me as a care manager to make sure the caregivers are treated as well as I want my client to be treated.
