Help needed for my husband in his 80s - seeking part-time hands-on care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with dressing and shower. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Taking him for outings in his wheelchair through the neighborhood is an activity he enjoys. My husband has Parkinson's. If available, and live nearby us, I may need 1-1/2 hours at night to get him to bed. If doctor appointment are needed on your work days, I would want you to come along to help transporting him there and back. More hours or days may be available later.
