About the job
We are looking for a senior care provider for my in-laws, primarily my MIL as she had a fall last year and is on dialysis. Mom gets around with a walker and she wears a neckbrace full time. Primarily, we need help with bathing (incl hair care) and dressing. We'd also like some help around the house - dishes, tidying, laundry, food prep, grocery shopping and possibly driving to appointments if they fall on Mon/Thurs. My in-laws are originally from India and speak both Hindi and English. They are both hard of hearing so there is a communication barrier if someone speaks too quickly or softly. It is important that whoever we hire is patient and can navigate this.
