About who needs care: She is pleasant and not confused. Recently decline in health has caused weakness . Now requires min- mid assist with transfers. Encourage fluid and eating. May require help with hygiene after bathroom. She is in a wheelchair. She lives in assisted living. They provide meals, laundry, meds. Due to recent decline in her mobility, she will be comforted with someone with her. Request- good English with little accent ( she is hard of hearing ), compassion, generally a quiet person. About the care needs: Good English with little to no accent due to her hard of hearing, physically able to assist with transfers ( she is frail, thin, weak). Marge is quiet by nature , prefer someone that enjoys some conversation but also understands her need for quiet. Since this is assisted living, there are requirements from facility for private caregivers which we can review Services needed include: companionship, and mobility assistance.
