Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Odessa

My parents came to live with us about a year ago. My husband and 2 teen age boys moved from New Jersey to Tampa so that we could all live together. While my dad is pretty self-sufficient my mom suffers from dementia. She uses a walker to get around. At night she will frequently get up to use the bathroom. I am very worried about her in a sleep state, falling and hurting herself. Recently, she has started going out the front door in the middle of the night because she got scared. I am looking for someone with a warm and caring demeanor who is able to provide her with a stable hand when she gets up and if need, re-assurances if she is nervous or scared. I am looking for overnight care - 10pm-5/6 a.m. the following morning. If there is a major emergency you can always wake up me for extra help.
