About the job
About who needs care: I am attempting to gather information for the future. I have been seeing a Neurologist, and he has advised I am in the early stages of Dementia, and I need to plan for the future. He advised that there will be a time that I will not be able to live alone, So I am exploring my options. My least favorable is a Nursing Home, then an Assisted living facility and my preference would be to remain in my home with assisted care in the home. I live in a 55+ community with an addition bedroom and private bath, so I don't know if a live in caretaker would be feasible or not. At this point I am simply attempting to gather information to see what options are available. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
