About who needs care: My brother Derrick is intellectually disabled. He's not capable of making important decisions and requires constant supervision. He enjoys watching football on TV, taking walks, and shopping. About the care needs: There's not much the caregiver would need to do other than provide companionship, supervision and dispense medicine before bedtime. We need someone that's patient, kind, and responsible. Someone that's both comfortable and familiar with the needs of an mentally disabled adult. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
