About the job
My daddy lives in an assisted living facility in Trinity. He is 91 and has moderate dementia. I have companions that stay with him from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day and that has worked well for him. It's time we add night time care for him because he's getting up at night and becomes confused about whether it's day or night. He has a call button but he doesn't realize he should use it to call for assistance. The hours would be from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. so that you'd arrive when the day companion is leaving and can fill in the companion that arrives in the morning.
