We are seeking hands-on care for my mother, who is in her 90s and uses a walker. However, lately, she has been using a wheelchair more often. She has dementia and requires personal assistance with activities of daily living, including dressing, assisting with toileting and getting in/out of bed, meal preparation, and medication prompting. Our father and his brother also live in the household. They are in their 90s but are more independent and rarely need assistance. This active position requires some lifting (mom weighs 89 lbs) to assist with standing, etc. Must be a non-smoker, HHA/CNA or some comparable certification preferred, comfortable with dogs, COVID/flu vaccinations. Help during the day on weekends is a priority. The specific days for evening shifts during the week are flexible.
