Hobbies: cooking/baking, meeting new people, tv shows, crossword puzzles get ready/dressed for the day in the morning then have breakfast, watch morning/12 p.m. shows, lunch, home health therapy has been seeing her (PT, OT, Speach) About the care needs: someone that is compassionate, engaging, helpful, positive, uplifting, good listener. CPR, Fall prevention, good with safety awareness, assists with exercises/mobility on days therapy is not there, grooming/bathing/adls, light cooking. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
