Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Miami - Nights 8PM-8AM (12 Hours X 7 Days A Week)

Seeking hands-on care near Miami for my grandmother in her 80s. This is a night time position (8PM-8 a.m. - 12 hour shifts) and will be a trial as this is all new for us. My grandmother has recently starting having issues during the night (she's been wetting the bed etc.) and I need someone throughout the night to sit just outside her bedroom to be there for her when she needs to get up and use the bathroom (potentially changing the sheets if there has been an accident). Not the most glorious job, but I need someone reliable, trustworthy and it would be great to have someone who has dementia experience. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
