Caregiver For My Elderly Mother With Dementia

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Caregiver for elderly mother in late stages of dementia. The ideal candidate will have experience in both elderly care and patients with dementia. Must speak English and be comfortable with large dogs and pets. Duties will include in-home companionship, assistance with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, meal preparation, and physical activity. Other responsibilities will include helping with morning routine, laundry, light housekeeping, and running errands. This position will also provide additional support to a busy household. A valid driver's license, references, and reliable transportation are required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of the family. Certifications in health-related fields are beneficial.
