About the job
About who needs care: I am having hip surgery and I have a weak foot and back, which will make mobility hard in the first few weeks after surgery. I will need help to get out of bed to go to the bathroom, to shower/sponge bath, and to do twice daily exercises. About the care needs: I am very talkative and love to chat with people. When I have surgeries I use TV to distract myself from the pain, so besides when I am in a lot of pain around medicine time, I am pretty easy to take care of (I have been told). I have two hypoallergenic dogs that my mom will take care of, but they are sweet little puppies. My mom has a chronic illness, so she needs the house to stay calm and quiet too whenever you are helping with my food in the kitchen. I am planning on having all premade food so it will only need to be heated up and thrown away, so no cooking should be necessary. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
