I am looking for a live-in companion for my father, . He is currently about 70 years old, in perfect health both mentally and physically and lives by himself . I am looking for someone who speaks Spanish, can help cook and do some lite cleaning around the house, and ultimately just hang out with him as he needs a companion more than anything else. Since free housing and meals would be included, I would like to negotiate the rates and come to an agreement that works for both parties.
