About who needs care: My dad is bedridden and has dementia. We need assistance mostly. Leaning him every morning and administering his meds. He needs to be shifted from side to side as he's being treated for a bed sore. My mother is always present to assist but the main issue is his full morning cleaning. About the care needs: Friendly, competent, patient, and able to turn my dad from side to side. Patience is a big issue as my mother needs explanations of what's being done. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
