About the care needs: give meds , assist with standing : to move from bed to recliner (uses walker ) assist with bathroom uses bedside commode and urinal . Feeds himself but would need to prepare light meal IE soup or sandwich , drinks water , juices and pre made protein drinks . Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
