Seeking a companion care provider for my mother in her 80s who has dementia and memory loss. She is pleasant, smiles, and laughs often. Enjoys doing puzzles, crosswords, watching TV. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We may also ask you to prepare simple meals, run errands and do light housekeeping. She needs assistance with some physical issues such as leg pain and slowness walking. Lives at their home of 50+ years in Longwood. Need someone who is patient, kind, gentle and attentive. A good sense of humor with simple jokes. She will be much more comfortable with a woman. My dad is loving but not that helpful. Please handle your own transportation to and from our house, be a non-smoker.
