About the care needs: We need someone highly experienced in special needs, specifically autism to work with our 21-year-old son, who is lower-functioning and has mild obstinate behaviors. He needs help with toileting, feeding and bathing. A male is preferred and must swim and like the sun and beach. Must be patient, caring and have a heart for this vulnerable population.
