About who needs care: 62-year-old brother with brain Injury from heart attack. Memory Loss. Heart Condition. High Blood pressure. Previously enjoyed Sports, Beach, Gardening, Physical Fitness, Socialize with Friends and Family Daily needs -Fix Breakfast and lunch, take blood pressure, morning med reminder, help with how to do physical therapy exercises, help with a word here and there when reading, appointments, help with light housekeeping. Would like to be more active- walks, go out to the grocery, beach, park, etc. About the care needs: Seeking Happy, Engaged, Caring, Kind, Easygoing, Respectful. Prior experience with brain injury/memory would be helpful. CNA a plus. Services needed include: companionship, transportation, healthy meals, light housekeeping, keeping active, and minor help dressing.
