About the job
I am quadriplegic and can feed myself, but need help with most other things. I live at an apartment with my wife who is not able to take care of me. I also have two miniature dachshunds, they bark a little, but never bite. Need help bathing dressing, food-prep/clean up kitchen after yourself, hoyer-lift in/out wheelchair, laundry wash/put away, vacuum, put away groceries, help feed my dogs. I can help while getting washed up by moving around a little bit in bed, using my arms . There is no direct lifting of me. My current caregiver of a couple years is moving out of town and I need to find someone new .
