Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Jacksonville

About who needs care: Mom has some health issues - heart failure, has had 2 hip surgeries - is getting harder for her to walk but she does get around. does use a wheelchair sometimes. she is personable and loves talking, going out 'shopping' , getting her hair done and such. loves to go on day trips with me and my daughter. she usually wakes up, eats breakfast (would be great to have someone help her get/make this for her), would also be helpful if someone could take her to Dr's appt's when needed. would also like someone to help her in her room - cleaning up, linens, medicines and such. About the care needs: friendly, outgoing, honest personality be able to help mom walk when needed must like dogs as we have 2 big dogs. she is up for pretty much anything, but does need companionship Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
