About who needs care: He has diabetes and needs reminders to eat regularly and more healthy. He also has neuropathy, so he will have pain daily, making walking and stairs limited. About the care needs: Someone who talks and is interested in learning or new things. Also someone who is good at cleaning and making sure things stay organized. They would need to be take charge without seeming bossy, or else my Dad will be stubborn. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
