About who needs care: Forgets things, laughs it off. Very poor physical strength and mobility, but hobbles around on her bad ankle that has 3 plates and 11 screws in it. Wears hearing aids. About the care needs: She needs to be more physically active, outside more during nice days, needs to be encouraged to increase her physical strength. She is an extrovert at heart. Loves people. Loves kids. She would love if someone could go to Church with her sometime. There's a Catholic Church close by. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
