Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Jacksonville

About who needs care: My mom is 67 years old. She recently just had a triple bypass heart surgery and suffered a right brain stroke. We just graduated out of in patient rehabilitation but we have a lot road Id recovery still ahead of us. She needs mobility assistance especially while in her sternum precautions for the next 4 weeks. She also is suffering some cognitive impairment after the stroke , Especially with executive function as our speech therapist described it. Additional needs would be transport to appointments , helping with medication , household assistance like grocery shopping, etc. Experience with physical or neurological therapy would be amazing. About the care needs: Hoping to find someone with several years experience and wisdom, her surgery and stroke have been very been traumatic for her and embarrassing in terms of her stroke symptoms and the difficulties dealing with that. We would love to have someone patient , understanding and motivating to keep her moving in right direction of recovery since this is all so overwhelming for all of us. Any physical or neurological therapy experience would be amazingly helpful. She does in a two story house so climbing stairs must be doable. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance.
