Care For My Elderly Dad

I am looking for care for my dad for the weekend of Nov. 29th. We are celebrating my son's first birthday and I would really love if my dad was able to come celebrate with us, however we will need someone to support him with his care needs throughout the weekend. He is 68 years old, but has had a lot of health problems and requires a lot of assistance getting around because he is a fall risk. He has around the clock care typically, but for that weekend if we bring him up from Orlando, we will need someone that can help us tend to his care needs, including help with feeding, transporting him around in his wheelchair, helping him in the bathroom, ensuring he takes his medications throughout the day, and etc.
