Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Jacksonville

About who needs care: My grandmother fell and tore her rotator cuff over a year ago and has very limited mobility with her right arm. I would like someone who can handle light housekeeping and errands and occasionally take her out to local stores when needed. She is not a morning person so afternoons would be ideal About the care needs: Kind and patient. Able to lift up to 25lbs. My grandmother enjoys reading and watching tv/ movies, and catching up with family on the phone Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
