I'm looking for someone who can help me with my spouse - he is 87 years old and wheelchair bound - he does have dementia but most the time is pleasant - however he does have his moments. Personal care to include checking and changing 2-3 hours - and upon request to lay down for a nap. He does use the bed pan and urinal and for transferring in and out of bed he uses a slide board.
