About who needs care: 86-year-old female who has some Alzheimers/dementia. Mornings are typically very good, but shes been a bit under the weather for the past 5 day and is weaker than usual. She walks with a walker, but requires assistance with bathing and hair care. She is currently in Ohio and has a caregiver come in 3 mornings a week to assist her with her bath and she also does light housework ( dusting and vacuuming weekly). My father will be present, but would enjoy those mornings out one lake if we had someone to come in and help out with my mom. About the care needs: My mom is a Christian and enjoys going to church on Sundays. I would like for the caregiver to be willing to take her for short walks outside when the weather permits. She has a regular bathtub thats a bit of a tight fit. She requires help getting into the tub and she sits on her shower chair once she gets in. She uses a rolling walker all of the time. She works crossword puzzles and word search books. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
