About who needs care: Seeking help with meal plan, meal prep, grocery shopping. Low sodium diet and specific meal requests. Must have cooking experience. Come each evening to prepare a fresh meal at the home, clean up after cooking. Maybe 2- 3 hours per evening depending on time for grocery shopping also. Client has slight mobility issues but has in-home care for that. About the care needs: Experience with cooking/meal planning for heart-healthy and low-sodium diets. Open to special requests on meals. Reliable transportation. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
