About who needs care: Struggling heart, elderly spouse that does not cook About the care needs: Her husband will not consider moving to an assisted living facility but at the age of 95 he is struggling to care for mom. At this stage I am looking for options to offer to them. She is 94, just recovering from heart valve replacement surgery, and needs help with light meal preparation, getting up and out of wheelchair, laundry etc. Not sure what to add since they are both in the denial stage of needing help. This is just an inquiry at the moment. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
