Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Boynton Beach

About who needs care: Has developing dementia; needs help with self-care. Doesn't remember to shower, change his Depends, etc. Needs help getting dressed, getting off toilet and in/out of shower. Has heart issues that lead to swelling in legs, Night terrors. Likes to watch sports on TV most of the day, but can and should go for walks outside and do other strengthening exercises. He has never cooked for himself, but does usually go out to eat or have some help with that. About the care needs: He loves sports so any interest or knowledge could be great! Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
