About who needs care: Just released from hospital. Very weak unable to stand on her own. Currently has a catheter in place. Memory/cognition issues due to strokes. About the care needs: Would need to be able to lift her (weight: 180 lbs) Currently on a pureed diet Shes very easy to get along with Services needed include: transportation, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
