About who needs care: My brother is 68. He's had several strokes and needs assistance with buying groceries, and cooking, then refrigerating meals for the week. Also help setting up his medications for the week. Probably some light housekeeping, like vacuuming, laundry, etc. Probably about 4 hours twice a week. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
