Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Boca Raton

About who needs care: Mom has beginning stage of Alzheimer's. Also have a 90-year-old step father with dementia that needs meals prepared. So some care would be both. He is not interested in companionship- but will need driver for appointments also. They are getting infusions monthly & need someone to be sure medications are taken daily. Mom has problems organizing daily activities. Cooking is no longer a passion because following a recipe is difficult alone. Not sure she's eating properly. She drives within a few mile radius but but we would like to eliminate that. Needs reasons to get out of bed & live during day. Has problems sleeping. Technology even the tv box & buttons are issue - so she sleeps with tv on all night. About the care needs: I think a caring, friendly disposition but may need to exert some authority especially until a routine or relationship is developed. Mom will play cards, do word games, put together puzzles. Take short walks in nice weather. I believe she's up to most things in time. She would love a companion. Her husband is a bit older & doesn't share those activities but very much wants to be part of her care. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
