About who needs care: Getting out of a Nursing Home Rehab facility and will need care for a few weeks at her home. About the care needs: Cheery personality, able to assist my Mom in preparing meals. Allow my Mom to be as independent as possible. Going home in a wheelchair for safety. Is able to use a rollator (small walker with brakes and a seat) with supervision. She is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids. She likes to watch TV and read books. She enjoys tending to her houseplants and she has 1 cat that she adores. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
