About who needs care: There is no dementia. Dad is mobile. He needs encouragement to eat, bath and change his clothes. He still drives but should not. Schedule is very flexible. About the care needs: A pleasant and assertive personality will work best. He is pleasant and accommodating with people outside of family. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
