Seeking hands-on care near Ocean View for my wife in her 60s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. My wife has MS and in a wheelchair. We need help in the morning getting ready for the day, this includes: removing depend and purewick equipment, cleaning her with bath wipes, she gets cathed in the morning ( I can help with this) getting her dressed in bed and helping her get from the bed to the wheelchair. The job also includes light housek clothes in the washer, making the bed, changing the bed once a week, cleaning the purewick, etc. Right now, I am also dealing with a broken heel so I can't help as much as I used to. So, we need additional help during the day.
