Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Newark

My mother is 76 has severe arthritis and a new colostomy bag. She has been having issues with ostomy care. She still drives, can bath herself, and eats mostly fast food. She is very intelligent but very disorganized and can be challenging psychologically. I'm looking for someone with ostomy experience and can help with task like doctors appointments, meds, home organization, maintaining her car, etc. Ideally I would love someone who could also help navigate the welfare system for her as she would qualify for lots of programs but can never follow through with all the paper work. cleaning can or can not be part of the job (I could hire someone else) If I find someone highly qualified I'm willing to pay high hourly rate. ideally would want someone 3 days a week in late afternoon/evening for a few hours each time.
