Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Milford

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 100s, start time is flexible (8 a.m. to 10am). He can bath himself most days but needs someone to assist in getting the water ready and supplying soap and wash cloth. He can dress himself but needs help selecting clothes for the day. He also needs lotion to his feet regularly. Having experience shaving and cutting hair is a plus. He has incontinence pads for his bed and they may need to be changed each visit. The area where he sits daily will need housekeeping each visit. Bathrooms need cleaning weekly or bi-weekly. His silverware and cups need cleaning at your convenience or when he runs out. Being able to provide respite occasionally is a plus. I would like to begin with 3 days a week, but the number of days can increase if everything is satisfactory.
